Update Your Profile
Follow the directions below to ensure your name appears correctly on your Certificate of Completion.
UNCG Users
If you logged in using your UNCG Single Sign-On credentials your first and last name are already set up to appear on your certificate.
Non-UNCG Users
If you are not using a UNCG account, your first and last name will not automatically appear on your certificate. Instead, the site will default to the username you used when you registered. To ensure your first and last name appear correctly on your certificate, follow these steps to update your profile:
- Hover over your name at the top right of the screen where it says, “Howdy, [Your Name].”
- Click Edit My Profile.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Select how you would like your name to appear in the “Display name publicly as” drop-down menu.
- Click Update Profile.
After you’ve made the change, view your certificate and print or save it.
